Scott Youkilis

With more than thirty years of restaurant experience, Youkilis has the unique ability to connect with owners and operators as they’re assessing their current business and technology needs to prepare their restaurant for the future. Youkilis also works with state restaurant associations and restaurant technology partners to position SpotOn as their preferred technology partner helping to grow SpotOn’s name in the community and reach prospective customers. 

As the chef and owner of four restaurants in San Francisco, Youkilis’s passion for hospitality and use of technology were essential to running his business.  From 2005 to 2018, Scott created neighborhood restaurants serving American cuisine utilizing locally sourced products, hyper-seasonal menus and memorable experiences that earned him raving fans and numerous awards.  Running restaurants in the Bay Area exposed him to technology startups including PlateIQ, SeatMe (Yelp Reservations), Caviar, and Cheetah that relied on his expertise to contribute to their growth and provide insight from a restaurateur’s point of view.  

Youkilis currently lives in Mill Valley, CA with his wife and three children. Visiting the Marin Farmers Market every week keeps his knife skills sharp, his family well fed, and helps support local businesses.
